In the afternoon of July 20, 2011, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Jinshan District paid a visit to the company for inspection and instructions.

The visitors first accessed the production site to learn about work conditions and remuneration from the employees. After listening to the company’s report on recruitment, career development and business prospect, leadership from the bureau indicated that all functional departments under the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau should increase the efforts to solve the labor shortage issue for the company by recommending more talented professionals.
