All staff were organized by the company for a “4-day with flights” outing to Beijing – the capital – on April 7~12, 2011. From 2008 onward, the company has provided regular outing for employees for four consecutive years. This Beijing trip did not only receive the warm welcome and extensive participation from employees, it also drove the morale of teams to a new high. During the trip, people helped each other; when relaxing mentally and physically and having a broader vision, they had better communications. This can further drive the cohesiveness inside teams and the make closer the connections between employees and the enterprise, injecting vigor to future development of the business.
